20. From León to Villadangos del Páramo

Getting out of Leon is not very easy because the road is poorly waymarked, you will mostly have to follow the shell signs on the pavement.

On this day, you will also closely follow the N-120 route. The first part of the day will be mostly an industrial and uninteresting one. After seven kilometers you will reach the village of Virgen del Camino where you can see one of the most modern churches on the Camino, built between 1957 and 1961.

From here you will follow the N-120 route and you will pass through the villages of Valverde de la Virgen and San Miguel del Camino before reaching Villadangos del Páramo. The local church is dedicated to Santiago.
