Cirueña is a small village located just 6 km east of Santo Domingo de la Calzada. Despite its small size and not being traditionally an overnight stop on the Camino, there are two Albergues here.
The village is quite interesting, one of the typical villages in La Rioja. Next to the church, there is a fountain with a small garden.

This is a small hermitage built around 1916 and recently reconstructed.
Iglesia parroquial de San Andres
The parochial church, dedicated to San Andrés, is a building of recent creation (1965). It was built in the same place a church dating back to the 10th century once stood.
