Today you will start your day by following the N-120 route for 10 kilometers until Puenta de Orbigo. Three kilometers from Villadangos you will get to San Martin del Camino, a small village that has all the amenities for pilgrims.
Puenta de Orbigo is a small village on the river Orbigo where a beautiful medieval bridge is located. From Puenta de Orbigo there are only two kilometers to walk to Hospital de Orbigo.
Hospital de Orbigo was a Templar town and you can find a 12th-century church here. It is a fairly big town where you can choose between more restaurants and bakeries.
From here on you will pass more often through small towns and villages: Villares de Orbigo, Santibanez de Valdeiglesia, and San Justo de la Vega before reaching Astorga.
Astorga was an important town during the Roman times, the Traiana linked it to Bordeaux. The cathedral was built in 1471 and it houses a museum as well.
You should also take a stop to visit the Museum of Pilgrimage housed in a building called Palacio Episcopal, built by Antoni Gaudi.
